Project managed and prepared planning advice and assessment of environmental effects for a service station and fast food restaurant/retail activity within the Whitianga Waterways Structure Plan. The application was processed on a non-notified basis without the need for written approvals. An assessment of the Council’s Advertising and Signs Bylaw was undertaken and a request for exemption to this was also required.
