The company comprises two respected planners, two student planners and a planning assistant. Our planners are members of the New Zealand Planning Institute and have over 40 years combined planning experience.
David is a planner with over 25 years local authority and consultancy experience in Wellington, Manawatu, Hawkes Bay, Waikato and the Coromandel Peninsula.
David has extensive experience in coastal planning, district plan administration, subdivision planning and project management.

Tracey is a planner with over 30 years consulting experience in Wellington, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki and the Coromandel Peninsula.
Tracey has extensive experience in district plan administration and preparation, comprehensive residential and retail developments (particularly service station developments), traffic planning, telecommunications planning and energy planning (which involved being part of the team that obtained resource consents for new and existing power stations).

Anneka is a planning consultant who first joined the Planners Plus team in 2023. She has experience across a broad range of regional and district resource consent projects, from residential development, through to more complex community, commercial and coastal projects.
Her project experience includes the community marae in Whangamatā, the medical centre on Campbell Street in Whitianga, and the seawall variation at Buffalo Beach. These projects have provided Anneka with experience working across a range of planning considerations, clients and stakeholders, and navigating different consenting requirements.
Anneka takes a practical and solution-focused approach to planning, helping clients understand their consenting requirements and navigate the resource consent process effectively. With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, she enjoys working with clients and project teams to identify practical solutions and achieve positive outcomes for both projects and the communities they serve.
