Project managed and prepared planning advice and assessment of environmental effects for a 49-lot staged subdivision in Pauanui. This project also involved a rezoning of the land from Rural Lifestyle Zone to Residential Zone as part of the District Plan Submission process. Planners Plus Limited prepared the submissions, presented evidence at the Council Hearing, prepared an appeal to the Environment Court and undertook mediation resulting in a successful outcome for the client.
