Provided planning expertise for a proposed commercial-residential development within the Heritage Policy Area of Coromandel Town. The project involved working closely with heritage architect experts in designing a new building that compliments the surrounding heritage values of the town.
A successful appeal to the Environment Court and subsequent mediation was also undertaken as part of this project.
