Planning Consultant engaged by Whitianga Commercial Limited and The Warehouse Group Limited to prepare a resource consent application for a bulk retail commercial development in Whitianga.

A variation to consent conditions application to the initial resource consent was also requested by The Warehouse Group Limited and undertaken by PPL to get approval to extend the hours of operation.
