Provided planning consultancy services to the Thames Coromandel District Council in the assessment and processing of the resource consent application for the New World Supermarket in Whitianga and Whangamata. More recently prepared two separate variations to the resource consent changes to the Whangamata New World Supermarket building, as a consultant to the National Trading Co. of NZ Ltd.
