Planners Plus was contracted as the planning consultant to prepare the resource consent application for Luke’s Kitchen, a rustic seaside restaurant within Kuaotunu.

Key issues were noise effects, traffic and parking.  Prepared consultation document for applicant to take to neighbours for written approval.  Council processed the application on a non-notified basis.
