Provided initial planning advice for the development potential for the site. Project managed sub-consultants in their preparation of supporting documents for the Private Plan Change Request. Prepared the Private Plan Change Request in accordance with the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991. Prepared a comprehensive Section 32 Analysis Report. Worked closely with the Council planning staff processing the Private Plan Change Request.
