Dockside Retail Centre – Whitianga Waterways

Project managed the resource consent process and prepared planning advice and an assessment of environmental effects for various options for a retail commercial development as part of the Whitianga Waterways development.  The development is a nautical themed development that incorporates boat shed designed buildings; a festive colour palette; and a pleasant outdoor public space for the community.  The canal front proposal involved a café, office and retail space, an informal outdoor market area, and associated parking and landscaping.
