Provided initial planning advice for the client in relation to getting land use consent to hold an annual music festival event on a property in the Rural Lifestyle Zone. Key issues were noise effects, traffic and parking. Prepared consultation document for applicant to take to neighbours for written approval. Council processed the application on a non-notified basis.
