Basker is a modern beach kitchen located on the water in the beautiful Whitianga Waterways. Planners Plus project managed the resource consent process and prepared planning advice and an assessment of environmental effects for Basker which is part of the Whitianga Waterways development.  The development is nautical themed that incorporates a boat shed designed building; a festive colour palette; and a pleasant outdoor public space.
